What delivery options does Cherry Computers Offer?

Cherry Computers offers its standard delivery option when purchasing online. Delivery usually takes 2-6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), provided that all items in your order are in stock at the time of ordering.

Orders can also be picked at our retail show room, Cherry Computers Brighton 495 Brighton Road, Brighton, SA, 5048.

How do I calculate delivery for my order?

Delivery can be easily calculated using the Shopping Cart.

Simply add the products you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart and the Delivery Total will be displayed based on your default delivery address if you are logged in. Delivery is confirmed after the delivery address has been confirmed during the checkout process.

Do I need to be available to receive my delivery?

Cherry Computers uses a range of delivery services. Please note orders will not be left unattended.

APD and Australia Post are used for most deliveries. APD and Australia Post will leave notification that they have attempted to deliver with a delivery notification card if someone was not available to take delivery. The card will let you know where depot your goods can be picked up from or how to arrange another delivery.

Please note: failed deliveries may incur further charges for re-delivery. Cherry Computers are unable to supply specific times for delivery.

How do I track the status of my order?

The status of all your current and past orders can be viewed using the Order Tracking pages in your membership area.

Simply log into your membership/account on our web site , www.cherrycomputers.com.au and select Order Tracking from the list of available options.

When can I pickup my order at Cherry Store Pickup?

When purchasing online and selecting Cherry Store Pickup, please wait to receive an email or phone call confirming that your order is ready for collection. If the item you have ordered is in stock at our retail store then this is usually within 24 hours.

What information do I need to pickup my order?

To help our team members efficiently locate your order in-store please bring with you the Order Reference Number shown when purchasing online and your Photo ID.
