What delivery options does Cherry Computers?
Cherry Computers offers its standard delivery option when purchasing online. Delivery usually takes 2-6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) provided all products are in stock at the time of ordering.

How do I calculate delivery for my order?
Delivery can be easily calculated using the Shopping Cart.
Simply add the products you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart and the Delivery Total will be displayed based on your default delivery address if you are logged in. Delivery is confirmed after the delivery address has been confirmed during the checkout process.
Do I need to be available to receive my delivery?
Cherry Computers uses a range of delivery services. Please note orders will not be left unattended.
Australian Air Express (AAE) and Australia Post is used for most deliveries. AAE and Australia Post will leave notification that they have attempted to deliver with a delivery notification card. The card will let you know which Post Office or Australian Air Express depot your goods can be picked up from.
Cherry Computers contracts a range of courier companies that will also leave a delivery notification card if you were not available at the delivery address.
Please note: failed deliveries may incur further charges for re-delivery. Cherry Computers are unable to supply specific times for delivery.
How do I track the status of my order?
The status of all your current and past orders can be viewed using the Order Tracking pages in your membership area.
Simply log into your membership/account on our web site , www.cherrycomputers.com.au and select Order Tracking from the list of available options.

Cherry Store Pickup (CSP) allows you to purchase online and pickup your order at our retails show room at Cherry Computers Brighton, 495 Brighton Road Brighton, Adelaide South Australia, 5048.

You can select Cherry Store Pickup (CSP) as the delivery option for your order in the Shopping Cart.
When can I pickup my order at Cherry Store Pickup (CSP)?
When purchasing online and selecting Cherry Store Pickup (CSP), please check you have been notified and your order has arrived and ready to be collected. Depending on stock availability and product ordered but this will be between 1 and 5 working days
What information do I need to pickup my order?
To help our Cherry Store Pickup (CSP) team members efficiently locate your order in-store please bring with you the Order Reference Number shown when purchasing online. Photo identification may be requested at anytime.
What is the difference between Part Ship & Full Ship?
If you select to have your order full shipped it will be dispatched only once all the products in your order are available and ready to delivered.
If you select to have your order part shipped it may be dispatched in stages as the products in your order become available and are ready to be delivered. If your order is dispatched in stages additional delivery charges may apply. A Customer Service representative will contact you prior to your order being dispatched to confirm any additional delivery charges.
The Part Ship or Full Ship options can be selected in the Checkout when placing any order online.
