If you need to make an insurance claim for damage to your PC or tablet your insurer will most likely need a written insurance report or assessment to verify your claims.
In most cases on weekdays, we can assess your device and provide the required report within 24-48 hours. We can help with reports on weekends too, but they may take a little longer depending on the opening hours of our parts suppliers.
The cost for us to produce this written report is $99 which is generally reimbursed by your insurance provider, though it’s best to confirm this with them as some insurers (especially travel insurers) may not cover this fee.
