Our on-site support services are ideal for problems that cannot be easily resolved in store, cannot be replicated outside of your home or office or for situations where it may not be possible to bring the device in.
While we will always try our best to help you out on-site, more complicated or time-consuming issues are best handled in-store. If you’re unsure of whether an on-site service is right for your situation, give us a call and one of our friendly experts will help you with your options.
Should your issue require work that can only be completed in our workshop, we can even take the device back with us and arrange to drop off on completion, should you need us to do so.
