By law you are not entitled to a refund or exchange when you simply change your mind. We may still offer a refund, exchange or store credit though, solely at our discretion for some items that are unopened, in their original condition, and within 7 days of the original purchase date. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
All products come with a manufacturers warranty that varies in duration between products. Desktop/Tower Computers made by Cherry Computers come with a 3-year warranty as standard. Parts added to the computer through customisation may have a shorter warranty duration.
Cherry Computers are not responsible for freight costs associated with returns including faulty goods.
Any goods returned for repair found not faulty, goods with physical damage or damage caused by improper use will not be covered by warranty and the customer will be liable for a handling and service fee.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
